Everything was very good, the parking was onsite, the room was good sized and modern. Fantastic friendly and absolutely friendly staff, provided useful info. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was great! I had great days staying at this brand-new hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our clean and bright room equipped with a lovely hot shower and fully functional aircon, as example. The food was delicious with a wide array of options. The location of the hotel was super - just a short walk away from Convent of San Bernardino of Siena.

The hotel had a beautiful colonial-style building with a great ambience. The rooms were big and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a highlight. The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

The staff could have been friendlier, which seems to be a common trend in Mexico. the room amenities varied depending on the room size, so it's recommended to opt for the larger rooms with better amenities.

The location was unbeatable and favourable, very close to Calzada de los Frailes. A local supermarket and a supermarket were right next door.

There were very small beds in our room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Valladolid and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions in the area. Our room was well-situated, with a terrace that offered a great view and the convenience of using a videophone for our baby. The hotel had two pools, one specifically for babies, which was a big plus. The private parking was also very convenient. The restaurant served delicious food, and the cocktails were expertly prepared. We had a fantastic time exploring the city, as well as nearby attractions like Chichen Itza and Ik Kil cenote.

real hispano in valladolid exceeded my expectations with its central location, friendly staff, and charming courtyard. the pool and bar area were a great bonus, and being able to walk to the hotel from the bus terminal was a saving grace. a great stay overall.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to add an extra night without any problem and store our luggage after check out. The hotel had a refreshing pool and a nice restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The bar staff was friendly and fun, and we had a great time relaxing by the pool with some happy hour drinks. The glass elevator was also a fun feature. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, amenities, and location.

We had climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV in the a double room. The location was stunning, relatively near Cathedral of San Gervasio. This hotel was located in a beautiful area.

The location of Real Hispano is perfect for exploring the city. The city square with its wide array of food and drink options is just steps away. Additionally, Cenote Zaci is within a 9-minute walk, although it was closed for renovation during our stay. The rooms are clean and as advertised, with exceptional amenities like AC and an in-room safe. The shower was clean and provided hot water. The overall value and quality of the stay was unbeatable.

We felt very cared for during our stay at Real Hispano, with no complaints at all.
